so, finally, i managed it to get this working :-)
Iam new to ES2 and i have to look a bit more into it. But your bridge is working great. It saves and loads. All automaticly or manual. I really like the Time option.

I had some problems with overwriting the vEquip and vInventory scripts. It messed up the Inventory Prefab. Maybe there is an elegant way to overwrite files within the Editor.
I imported your package without the _vEquipData and _vInventory. I edit them and overwrote them outside the editor.
The other stuff is good explained and fairly easy to set up.
// Am i the only one using this Asset? If there is more interest in this i suggest to extend this bridge to Save/Load all the important stuff. Like Health/Stamina/Transforms/Equippoints....

The disro scripts messed up the inventory prefab ? What do you mean by that? When I write v1.1 I will add those features to save health etc. I do think that you have been the only one to use it. I want to make the saving and loading a bit easier on proformence. Thanks for responding to my messages it's easier to improve add-on when I get feed back.

I've done it this way: Import the bridge, opened the two distro and original scripts. At this point you have some compile errors. Then i copied the distro content into the original ones, saved and deleted the distros. Compile errors gone, but... I can reassign the vInventory script here, but its messed up. Missing windows and focus ..... Maybe i've done it wrong, but i recommend to overwrite these files directly.

So I have updated this add-on, the files should overwrite properly now. I added the option to save Health, Stamina and Players location as for the equip points I don't know enough on how they work. I will talk to Invector soon so I can add that feature...... I also added an editor. Updated download on the first post.

Update works great. Overwriting as well.
Two suggestions: - Add Players Current Health for saving. If you do not use Health recovery you can just load again and get full health :-) - Maybe this should be done in another way, but for example you change scene with your character and it saves the location in scene #1. If you load again your character will be put in scene #0 with the location from scene #1.

Your right I never even thought about changing scenes my bad. As for the players current health I will fix that too. Might take me a bit of time to get back to this.
