Hey all, sorry if this has been asked but I have been searching for a way to create a grappling hook that can be used with the Invector Top Down Shooter. If anyone has any ideas on how to accomplish this or how to create an addon for Invector I would greatly appreciate it. I have attempted to integrate several of the grappling hook tutorials that work with the unity standard assets first person controller but nothing is working quite right. TIA

That is the video that I have been going off of. I can get it working with the standard unity 3rd person controller but am having issues incorporating it with the Invector framework. Any advice on how to "build a plugin" for Invector. If I knew that I could probably integrate the video with the plugin information and create one for Invector. I saw on another thread that someone had started to create a grappling hook plugin but it was never released and I have not seen anyone else pick up the development.

I'd recommend using a projectile weapon like the bow (it already sticks the arrows into the wall) and use the information in this video regarding the grappling part. I can help when I see you post something new about it but you just have to share your research here to help others too.

I hadn't thought about using the bow as a launch method. I'll take a look at that and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion.

I've did a lot of thinking on making the grappling hook in the past but I'm busy with other parts of my game so I haven't actually gotten to there for it.

I have a hook project (the style of attack on titan) the only problem is that I could not add the animation to the invector if you want to help me I'll take a look here in the project I used the unity 5 :( More so q he is so confused, so bad in the scripts more than to use I think kkkkkkk Sorry for the English, just lousy, kkkkkkk

Is this all code you have written or is it an asset or is it part of invector? is a code I created, but it appeared other problems too when updated to the invector shooter v1.2
