They are both very complex systems, I think it's possible but it will not be easy to do. You're the first person to ever request that, so... we have a list of assets most requested to integrate and looking by demand it will not be our priority for now.

It's highly unlikely that you can integrate TPC with UFPS, as UFPS can not use root motion. I tried to get root motion to work for 3 months with a very experience programmer who basicly quit over this very issue. The only way you could stich it together is to swap controllers on 3rd person view and tie the same root motion attacks as non root motion. Even then, to replicate a jumping axe attack, you would need to add force to the UFPS controller. It's seriously a nightmare, in part do to UFPS being developed before root motion was a thing.

Since they use 2 different set of animations, I don't think that the root motion would be a major issue, but they still are very complex and different system, I think that it should be easier to create one from scratch rather then integrate both.

Your way better at code then i am, so i could be wrong. I spent months trying to find the code that disabled root motion, the best i got was that the character controller was some how preventing root motion (If you enabled it, you got the rubber band problem of the character bouncing back to the original position). I asked Cal about it (the original author of UFPS) and he said that essentially it's not possible. (i can try to find the forum post on his site)I think this is why Opasive hasn't been able to really integrate their third person controller with UFPS, now that they own UFPS. In all honesty, I think once you guys finish the shooter template, combined with Sjm-Tech's FPS mod for your third person controller, it will be superior to UFPS as long as there is a good way to line up the iron sights to a gun. God knows your inventory system for equipping weapons is far easier to work with.
