I'm getting an issue where shooter weapons only equip for melee. I've had this issue before and I dont remember what I did to resolve it. Any ideas?

I've also always had an issue where sometimes the event, equip options dont show up on the item manager. Any idea how to fix this?

Tried the latest version of shooter template and crashes every time on as of today unity version 2018 3.2f1. Let it be known that this isn't the only asset that hasn't worked for the latest unity version.

I think the last version I tested was 2018.3.0f1, I will install the last version and take a look soon

Missbig that's usually a Unity error and not related to the asset directly. I have had it occur before and it's to do with some random bug or dll library missing. Have to reinstall or fiddle around with bits n pieces for Unity. I have opened 1.3 on latest 2018 and it works as usual.

uberwidgget said something that usually works for crashes, try deleting your library folder

I'm still using Unity 2017.3 in my Project but updated the Shooter Template. Since the update the Third Person Characters in the Demo Scenes can't fire anymore. Is anyone else having the same problem? And is there already a way to fix that?
I tried to import a package from a previous version of my project in which the shooter is still working but it gives way to many errors when I try that.

Strange... try go to Invector > Import ProjectSettings, maybe you're missing our input manager

Everything works fine now. I tried the Import Project Settings but in the end I simply needed to Import the template again and update the API for the project. Somehow the first time the API update didn't worked.
The error appeared again. But thanks to the debugging skills of my programmer I found the script which caused the problem. Somehow the vAnimatorTag script was named vAnimatorStateListener in the Assets Folders. If I'm the only one with that problem. I'm certain that the problem is caused when one has an older version of InVector Shooter Template in the projects and imports a new version. The solution was nameing the Script vAnimatorStateListener in the Asset Folder vAnimatorTag.

Yes, this usually happens when users don't delete the previous Invector folder before updating to the newer version, which we always recommend to do.

Your object is set to "Center" and "Global", you need to change to "Pivot" and "Local"
