Man thanks for posting this, but u dont understand my problem. I already worked with 20 different characters for my game but problem withi this character(on screenshot) is his right hand. I know how to move default equip point to be and look perfect, but here characters right hand is twisted from him, as u can see on picture, I already tried to move it in every direction but his right hand is just stuck like that, and yet invector dont have right hand IK so I can twist it to fit. When I “try” to set for example gun in hand it would look “normal” only above characters head but still right hand would be twisted to right(when u look from third person). Still thanks for help, cheers !

both your hands are off, the right and left. you need to use the rotate tool like in the video to adjust the position of the right hand and then you can move the gun to match it. Then you need to look at the weapon itself for the left hand ik point and adjust the left ik point on the weapon (or is it the shooter manager that has it?) on of those should have the ik fields that you can input the offset position and rotation for it.

Man thanks for help but did u even read what I said ? Ive worked with 20 different models for game, and every single one of them had normal hand placement except this one. I know how to set IK for both hands(done that so many times) but only with this model is problem in his right hand, I know left hand looks off on image but I didnt want to place left hand before I set right in perfect position. So I rotate IK for both hands so many times, and left hand can be placed perfectly but right hand goes from the gun, imagine holding gun almost (about 60 degree angle) thats how it looks. Left hand is placed on ok spot but right is just twisted away from gun and it sinks in hand bcs hand goes a little bit down(only normally would look if hands stand above characters head). Cheers !

Move the renderer of the gun higher than the hitbox.

The model may need to be re-rigged, check and configure the avatar of the FBX and check rotation of hands. Unity could not fix it "bones out of bounds when I try to adjust hands". I had to do this yesterday, I deleted all the bones in Blender "first time user" for a model and then send the exported fbx to Mixamo Website "it's free". Took me 3 hours, now I can do all in 10 minutes. Check the Avatar in Unity first. try to see if you can fix it in Unity, re-rigging for me fixed my weird hands and over extended thumbs.
