Left hand items disappears from inventory

Hi
I have this annoying problem where if i have the bow or shield equipped and i equip another weapon the bow/shield
disappears from my inventory... I've been searching for a solution for a couple of days now with no luck so im hoping
there is a kind soul that can point me in the right direction?

It disappears from your inventory or it unnequips the bow? the correct behavior would be to unequip from the current slot because you can't have a shooter weapon that uses both hands and a bow equipped at the same time.

Hmm well yeah it unequipes the bow. I get that you can't hold a sniper rifle while your holding a bow but i can't "reequip" the bow afterwards like i can with pistol, sniper,shotgun, RPG. i can cycle through those using the Arrow key.
