I think you need to check the option "RotateByWorld" in the Controller inspector

Thanks for replay, I tried thing u suggested, but it doesn’t work, player keeps running in same direction like before, except now he has slight lean depending on movement key I’m pressing. I also tried different camera checks but they don’t work also, only one is exception where player keeps running forward but only in one position and it doesn’t matter if I press W or S, he just keeps running forward. Also tried to flip the axes and it solves 50% of problem. When I put two horizontal axes player can run where I want but only to left or right, W and S don’t do anything. Same thing when I put two vertical axes, he can run forward and backward but can’t run left or right. Basically I can’t start any development because player can’t even walk like he should, any other suggestions ?

Oh, are you using the TopDown Controller instead of the ThirdPerson right?

Yes, top down, and tried both isometric camera and topdown camera, so should I change controller ?
