Hey I've tried to add the vAmmoManager_InventoryPro to my player but it won't search for it on the add component or allow me to drag and drop it into my player Just drag it from the integration folder onto the player and then delete the default ammo manager ;-)

Just tried it, it goes can not add script because script can not be found :/ If you can find the script in the folders but not in unity you may need to add it to the project in your code editor. Happens sometimes with the likes of visual studio

I had an error where I could not add the new ammo script because it was a vMonoBehavior not a Monobehavior

I had an error where I could not add the new ammo script because it was a vMonoBehavior not a Monobehavior I think you just need to delete the default ammo script and then add the new one. Replacing it by dragging it over the other script doesn‘t work I think. Other than that, there is no problem with using vMonoBehaviour.

open sickscores vAmmo script .. write something in, save the script, delete what you wrote down, save it again, then you can add it to your player. This will properly interact with your script in your project.

Thanks to Sickscore for the great interaction .. I added another script to lock the cursor ..
create an empty gameObject and drag the script on it .. then you go to all your UI windows in the game draws the empty gameObject into the OnShowActions () and selects MyMouseLook.HideCursor function .. you do the same with the OnHideActions () only with ShowCursor..
using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; using UnityEngine.UI;
public class MyMouseLook : MonoBehaviour { public void Start() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked; Cursor.visible = false; }
public void ShowCursor() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked; Cursor.visible = false; }
public void HideCursor() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.None; Cursor.visible = true; } }

I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I cannot get items to equip. I can see the inv and char side by side and when I click to drag a weapon it highlights the correct slot. but then it just does not equip. Nowhere does it equip. not visually, not in the char slot, and not in the invector manger. I followed all the steps and have been beating my head agains the wall for a few hours now.

You may have a console message saying, that the type is not allowed in this collection. If so, make sure you‘ve allowed the invector types on your CharacterUI component and the EquippableSlots. You have to specify the transform position in the inventory player of Sickscore. That was my mistake.

hey guys .. I have revised my mouselook script .. so that the player can not move when the inventory is open..
using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; using UnityEngine.UI; using Invector; using Invector.CharacterController;
public class MyMouseLook : MonoBehaviour { public vShooterMeleeInput vInput;
public void Start() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked; Cursor.visible = false; vInput.lockInput = false; }
public void ShowCursor() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked; Cursor.visible = false; vInput.lockInput=false; vInput.lockCameraInput = false; }
public void HideCursor() { Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.None; Cursor.visible = true; vInput.lockInput=true; vInput.lockCameraInput = true; } }
