Check that your horse is assigned the same layer/tag as the player or that its layer is also listed on the AI Certainly, but AI can't detect and attack player while he ridding!!! :( help me!

Just a question does the Horse Anime Still work for Invector because they didn't update the Invector Shooter script & can someone make an updated integration Video or does the old one still work

EDIT: Wanted to add that manually commenting out the offending code seems to have no downside yet. I've done a bunch of testing and things are working and look fine for the most part.

This isn't working for me, after installing the integration package I get compiler errors such as: Assets\Malbers Animations\Horse AnimSet Pro\Integrations\Invector\Basic\InvectorHAPLink.cs(90,24): error CS1061: 'vThirdPersonInput' does not contain a definition for 'OnLateUpdate' and no accessible extension method 'OnLateUpdate' accepting a first argument of type 'vThirdPersonInput' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
I can manually comment out offending code to be able to compile and run the demo scene, but I'm assuming something is still missing or out of date.

You can manually bypass the errors easily enough, although I'm sill not clear on what remains broken, I believe it's just controlling the invector UI and head look while mounted. I do plan on resolving the rest of it later, but everything else is working with the fixes below.
For each error, double click it so they code opens in Visual Studio. Comment out the identified code, for example:
Double click an error in the console: Assets\Malbers Animations\Horse AnimSet Pro\Integrations\Invector\Basic\InvectorHAPLink.cs(91,24): error CS1061: 'vThirdPersonInput' does not contain a definition for 'OnLateUpdate' and no accessible extension method 'OnLateUpdate' accepting a first argument of type 'vThirdPersonInput' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
That opens visual studio and highlights this code: if (VInput.OnLateUpdate.GetPersistentEventCount() > 0) VInput.OnLateUpdate.SetPersistentListenerState(0, UnityEngine.Events.UnityEventCallState.Off);
Comment out those lines of code so you have this: //if (VInput.OnLateUpdate.GetPersistentEventCount() > 0)
// VInput.OnLateUpdate.SetPersistentListenerState(0, UnityEngine.Events.UnityEventCallState.Off);
Go back to unity, it will compile your changes, that should clear at least one error.
Select the next error and go through the same steps until there are no more errors.
After that point I didn't run into any more errors, just followed the Invector/HAP integration guide and things are working.

As an alternative, try and figure out what is being referenced and where that has ended up with the changes to invector's code. Last I checked the integration for HAP was altered in the last two updates in order to work with invectors 2.5.0 controller update.
The error code above says it's trying to look for vThirdPersonInput to find the onlateupdate method. Either vThirdPersonInput no longer has the method onlateupdate, or it's no longer called vThirdPersonInput. Just find out what info it's trying to attach or see if vThirdPersonInput has had a name change.

I am a little overwhelmed with the answer from uberwiggett. I have no idea. I hope there will be an update soon.

Check out Malbers integrations, he has updated them and it is working great. Read the docs included in the download to get the step by step. It seemed difficult at first, but once you do it, there is not much to it. Works really well on basic controller, that is all I’m using. You can get the link from the HAP page in the asset store.
