Really cool product.
I aim to make a game that doesn't use the over the shoulder cam, rather, I want to use an isometric view.
However the invector shooter cam works ok and I aligned with the basic model so the handgun looks right.
Changing to isometric or top down cam causes character to stare at the ground whenever he's aiming and whenever he is facing a certain direction relative to the plane (south-west in the video).

I'm using 2017.3.0f3 win10 64bit
EDIT: I just opened up the topdown shooter demo scene and pulled that player controller in order to get around this.

There is the script that controls the head direction. Uncheck the box that says "always follow camera" or something like that.
