did you guys announce you were putting this in? I was in the middle of bringing the builder and swimming addons into the controller and was wondering how I'd do the builder items over again and discovered this. FANTASTIC! edit: ops, this update has so many things that I've forgot about this one Yeah it's a way for you to quickly add items that you created from another list by just drag and dropping to your new list I will add this information and others to the documentation along the week and upload into the online documentation

Getting this error on import? cant seem to find what should be the window either. Assets\Invector-3rdPersonController\ItemManager\Scripts\vInventoryWindow.cs(38,31): error CS1061: 'vInventory' does not contain a definition for 'SetCurrentWindow' and no accessible extension method 'SetCurrentWindow' accepting a first argument of type 'vInventory' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Guys don't forget to DELETE the Invector folder before importing a new Update. If you never update before, read this guideline: invector.proboards.com/thread/2896/guideline-import-update-invector-assets

Speaking of that, there was another new addition to the items that invector forgot to mention. Items now have individual "on equip/unequip" event scripts on the objects themselves. So now you can actually assign unique values to alter out of the box. This is amaaaazing

Yep! Only took me a few minutes to make the code changes for my old spell system. But now i can make some more extensions thanks to the new features.

I spend more time trying to figure things out then actually adding things! Yes I deleted the invector folder and accepted that I had to redo the animations as the old animator messed up the character. The shooterMelee prefab does not work unless I drag it in manually into the character after I use the shooter item manager prefab and when I do that I get errors and it does not work :(
I bought this to spend less time on figuring things out and more time actually making the game!

Its a god damn TEMPLATE. You are supposed to extend it and modify it to suit your needs. Fun fact, if you have made changes to Animator SAVE / BACKUP IT. Copy it to desktop or anywhere you feel fine doing so. After, check what has changed with the new animator and add the new things. You wont lose shit if you actually take care of your own progress. The forum is full of people that will help you, provided you have an question with backup. I've met tons of helpful people here, and the point is you just need to ask. This system can be extended to hell and beyond, if you are willing to learn and do so. Point being: Just ask. There is no one click solution.

You don't need to redo your animations if you follow our recommendations by setting your game assets on a different folder. Nope, right now this is the current Roadmap: - we're going to release an FSM AI update this week to work with the new versions 2.5.1 and after that, - I will record some new tutorials ( yeah I know... I heard you guys), after that - We will focus on the FSM AI for a while to improve the locomotion and shooter features, after that, - New Mobile Controls
