I'm using the Shooter template without inventory. Well the question is that I was trying to unequip the weapon I took from the ground en equip it again and all with animations. I have tried to look at the vItem script. But I didn't understood anything. Is there someone who can help me?

Didn't I help you on email this week? Anyways the easiest way is to use the Character with ItemManager but without the Inventory UI, you can see examples on how to manipulate the items using small pieces of codes that you can see in the Inventory demo scene.

Thank you for your comment. Well the next problem now is that i have to open the inventory again to select my weapon again when i unequip the weapon. I want the player equips the weapon again when i press the "1" key again. How can I fix this.

Isn't there a demoscene with this controller setup already? Or is it just a prefab you can drop into one of the shooter scenes? The ability to drop and pickup a weapon with the non-inventory controller has been around a while, there is a different set of scripts that handle picking up the items. The main difference is the weapon itself, it's not collectable like the main controller but has a separate script that will pop up action text when you walk up to it.
The controller itself also needs a collection script that dictates the equip points.
There should be a prefab included in the template with an example controller
