I've created a long scene so I'd like divide this on several sections, I suppose that if player pass through an empty object then when the player dies this start from the last empty object taken. there's any code who can help me?

It's pretty easy, you just need to assign this last location as the SpawnPoint in the GameController.
You could use a trigger for that and use it as checkpoints
