Amazing work, you might want to use a skybox which has city buildings in it, this would make your level look even better by filling out the background with no added performance hit, Shoot me a pm if you want any. I have created several of these over the years and bound to have something you could use

A couple of screenshots with models in foreground and city skybox in background. You could add some billboards and fake buildings if you wanted to go that route with levels you already have.
