Hello , just got back in unity. i am tring to import my toon , have my flord fully baked and all layers set to default ; my character doesnt move and seem to be stuck in a runing or charging motion animation. i tried with 2 different toons , i used to have it work before. -thx
- make sure that you're model does not have any components besides the Animator before creating a new character. - if you need to change the size of the model, change the scale directly into the FBX settings and do not use the transform. - make sure that you're ground is using the layer "Default"
I was tring to use the animator that come with the character , it work fine using the invector one , i am going to learn to fixs animation soon , i also have a lots of non humain monsters , would they work with the templates ?
would it be a lots of trouble if i uses 4 preset characters wearing direrent armors , each armor representing a tier , and i would switch from one ''character avatar'' to another one when armor tier change ? i would like to have a easy inventory systeme but have complexe armors with a lots of pieces to manage. -thx
