That's weird, I have no issue using ragdoll on all my NPCs. And I play a lot with this feature on my game...
Is this happening even when ragdolling them the "normal way"? Not by clicking on the "Active Ragdoll" button.

That's just a debug button, it's only used to test via editor
Btw, we're adding more options to the Ragdoll Debug on the next update
