Hey everyone. I was wondering if there was a way to add my own attributes to the Items in the list. So far there are things that pertain to Health, Max Health, Stamina, Ammo, etc... I was wondering if I could add my own event or something? Let me explain what I'm trying to do and maybe someone can tell me a different way.
Normally Player equips a consumable, and presses U to Use the item. I want to add my own action when pressing U. If I make a new item and just mark it as consumable, it needs to use premade attributes.
**A way I was trying to rig it, was putting a box collider (trigger) around my player, then throwing the 'Use Item Event Trigger' script on it so basically anytime they have a certain Consumable equipped and press U, the Event Trigger would kick in... but that hasn't worked. Ideas please?
