yes since i have the weapons already placed in the hands with the animations is it possible?

I think you just don't have to assign an IK reference to the shooter manager, but your character might not be able to aim properly. Or it might mess up your animation. Or whatever, but as there is so many reference into the shooting manager to the IK, it's like cutting a leg of your character.

i don't want to use the ik i have my animation program with the weapons already on the character i want to bypass the ik fully

Select your Weapon and go to the IK tab, uncheck the IK and Align options

i,m using 2019.3 i;m going to upgrade to the newest unity 2019 if that doesnt work maybe 2020 will
