Hey everyone, I´m currently working with timeline and the invector 3p controller. The scene begins with an "idle" animation and then the player transitions to the "walk" animation (again, all animations are from the 3rd person controller). I want him to walk for a while and thus set the animation setting to "loop". But everytime the animation clip finishes and then loops, it resets the player´s position too (as in, starts back from where he came from, instead of continuing to walk). How do I get the walk animation to just continue, instead of reseting to the player´s starting position during a timeline cutscene?

It sounds like the animations were created with Root Motion. You would either need to check the "Root Motion" box on the animator if you aren't using Invector or check the box in the Locomotion if you are using Invector.
