How do I set up a button to cycle through weapons [SOLVED]

Before I dig into some scripting and try to figure this out, how can I setup an input to press to cycle through and equip each weapon in the inventory?

I'm using Third Person Shooter, with a player that has an inventory as well as melee on it. 
I'm curious if there's some obvious option that I'm not seeing to accomplish this.

I just remembered that hitting the right arrow in the demo does what I'm looking for, where do I go to change the keyboard key that fires that event?
