MoveToPosition and Sit Animation match target not working

Hello, 

I'd like my AI to go to a position and play a sitting animation, I currently have the sitting animation playing at the OnFinish() of the moveToposition, the problem is, I cannot get him to consistently properly position himself on the seat. He also collides with the hitbox of the bench (a second problem), so I thought I would have to disable his collider, but when I do that he falls through the bench and the floor  . hehe

is there a better way of accomplishing this?
