Like a move that the longer you wait the stronger it gets?
i used to have something like that, and what i did was have a start attack anim, a charging idle anim, and an attack anim. So i created a series of states in the animator, first the start anim, and then i repeated the idle charge like 3 or 4 times, and at the end, the attack anim, with a damage multiplier of 4 for example, and in each idle charge state a ramification with a attack button condition linked to a new attack anim, each one slighty stronger than the one before using the damage multiplier.
