Problem with VAI sound manager

I have some problem thats red in the console

its throwing the same error over and over.

so my scene doenst reload after death

But i have no AI noise manager attached to a gameobject

only the VAI noise listner on the AI and Ai Companions

2nd problem

my character doenst shoot impact debris

anyone here has the solutions.

ok, i reloaded an older scene. has sometimes the red above warning.
but at least it ignores it somehow, and my scene is reset after death.

now my problem is that i have no decals, on bullet impact. like on the wall the decal.

i have seen an interface for it but i cant find it anymore

anyone?
