i fixed this issue by going into hierarchy and selecting "Inventory Wheel" located inside the  "Inventory wheel canvas"

and on the script "V Inventory" in the inspector turn on use horizontal and vertical. then its smooth as butter so far.

It didnt solve the problem still having issue any further help on this.

Hello everyone, I updated this project to work with the current version of Invector Thrid Person Controller. Same methods of installation as the original author.
