I do not want to pester you as I know that you are busy, however it has been 2 weeks since you stated that things looked good in QA. I am looking forward to a quality update, but would like to know if there is any chance that it will be before the end of the month? I am at a point in my project where I need to make a decision quickly to use this asset for my current project or move to another option, and use this asset on the secondary project. I really like the ease of use that this asset offers and do not wish to rush you, being a commerce developer I understand that rushing can lead to bad things! Just looking for some more information and keep us all in the knowing of progress. Maybe the news of the update was released a little too early?

Just a little more features for you guys - Events to call when use items (trigger particles, sounds, etc) - Capsule Collider will not be 'stuck' on walls anymore - Portal example to change scene with Character, Equiped Weapons & Items

Have my phone at work each morning to check if invector post on here, get so excited when I see they have! But still a wait : (
I like that change log, the portal switch with character info is great

Sweet news on the portal! I have been having an issue with my character respawning after death after scene changes. Everything else was working fine but the player never respawns only the camera shows the edge of the world.

Have the issues with the 3rd person controller been fixed in this update so we can create Diablo style games with the same controller?

We do have a working prototype of the Click on enemy to attack, but we will add this feature on v2.1 more polished and working better, we're focusing on fixing some visual bugs of the inventory right now, really minor things.

Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to truly thank Invector team for being so very responsive within these last few days/weeks before a possible release date for the update.
but I see many people getting nervous, or becoming anxious (trust me, I know...many of my projects are kind of on standstill as I wait for the update) and it made we worry that we may be pressuring you into a possible too early release. I am truly thrilled with what I have for a controller now, you have already done a fantastic job as far as I am concerned. But as any great artist/builder/etc will tell you...you can't rush perfection. I know many of you may be on hold also waiting for the updates but I can honestly say I'd much rather wait an extra week or two for another polished update by the Invector team, rather than get a too-early release, and start building only to possibly find that a new update is needed, and since this is a full project package, its best to start with a fresh install, so all your work, will need to be re-done and re-imported etc.
if you need support or bug testers, or whatever, I am confident many of the members of the community that have purchased the asset would be willing to assist.
anyways, just wanted to be sure to say I appreciate all your dedication to improving an already A++ controller.

+1 to the above, I've been sitting here nail biting waiting to get a hold of v2 to start all my video game dreams! but at the same time, I've noticed that TPC has been one of the most bug free assets I've gotten from the unity collections. I appreciate the level of effort you guys are going into to make sure that everyone enjoys the product. And so I wait

Hi Chris, welcome to the forums!~
I do not work for Invector nor can I speak for them exactly, however I have been keeping up with all their posts so I think I can answer this for you.(and they are extremely busy finalizing their melee package! yay!)
They are currently in the last stages of quality control before releasing their v2 Invector Melee asset package, and I know they are building a solid base from which to begin work on the shooter template.
so with that, I don't believe we can expect any teaser footage of their Shooter system until v2 of melee is out of testing and into our hands as a solid asset package, and even then I suspect it will take some time to build something far enough to show off any type of teaser trailers.
I am of the firm belief that they will deliver a solid shooter template, so I am anxious to see where these guys can take this kind of controller. But all in good time.
in the meantime, have you tried or thought about using the Melee controller for the time being? or do you already own this asset package?
