Different damage applied by enemy

How can i applied different damage value by different enemies on player,

for ex, I found Boss applied damage value 30 and normal enemy applied 15 however i cant find this value on their weapon nor on their scripts

At the bodyparts there are colliders, in them, there's a script were you can change the damage multiplier value.

I found damage value there for Boss but it is not 30 it is 10 and multiplier is 1
