Is there any way to cancel the reload animation when i trigger the generic action ?

Yep, simply call the ShooterManager.CancelReload in the OnStartAction Event.

Already done this, but the animation still plays, only the ammunition wont reload.

You will need to create a few things to interrupt the animation, one way to do it is by using the parameter ResetState trigger.
GenericAction inspector: OnDoAction > Animator.SetTrigger: ResetState OnEndAction > Animator.ResetTrigger: ResetState
Inside the Reload, create a new transition from AnyState to Null if the ResetState is triggered.
