How can I edit this so that when both mouse buttons are down then the player moves forward?

That's a very specific and kind of odd input to move the player... but yeah you just need to modify the tpInput MoveInput method and add the conditions:
public int moveFwd; public virtual void MoveInput() { if (!lockMoveInput) { // gets input cc.input.x = horizontalInput.GetAxisRaw();
if (Input.GetMouseButton(0) && Input.GetMouseButton(1)) moveFwd = 1; else moveFwd = 0; cc.input.z = moveFwd; }
