Add Conditions to triggeer Generic Animation

I was tring to add a locomotion animation by watching this video--

"Invector Template - How to trigger a simple animation"

Although,
I am successful adding one. It is working  as i thought but not what i was wanted.

I wanted to add some condition in it so that it looks a bit natural. Sad part is I don't know how to that. I want my character to slide only when IsSpring is ON.

If i get solid and proper Instruction how to do it then i think in future i can add more animation on my own. I am fierce exited to watch my character slide.

There are several ways to do this, but an easy one that comes to my mind right now and it won't require scripting is enabled/disabling your GenericAnimation component using the OnStartSprint and OnFinishSprinting
