I have a spin attack like Jak and Daxter or Crash Bandicoot that I want to keep playing until the end of the animation, but with the default melee combat anytime you hit it stops the attack. Is there a way to make it so when I do this melee attack it doesn't end the animation / attack?

There is a "has exit time" box to check in the animator (I think) that might fix this issue.

Ah, I figured it out. It has everything to do with Recoil id. If you want the attack to keep going just set the Recoil id to something like 100, anything out of range of the 0 to 3 that the controller uses, and the attack will keep going.

You can also disable the Recoil effect in the MeleeManager if you don't use it.
