problem in character creating

I have Third person v1.3e
when I'm going to set a character with wizard I have this screen:


What is Animator Controller? what should I set for this?



and I still have problem with weapons!

when I create character , the character doesn't pick up weapon ! also when I add "V melee manager" script to the 3rd person controller (as what we have in demo 3rdP character!)

what should I do?

1- Sorry for my English

2- because of I'm from Iranو I can't buy assets from asset store(due to Political limits!!!) so I should wait to do smth for a person or company in other country (like web designing) and then ask them to buy assets for me instead of paying me money and send package for me to download! so I don't know its really 1.3e or or they have bought it or download from torrent!

Animator Controller is the component responsible for the state machines, play and blend animations together.
We add the option to manually add this component on the Character Creator window because sometimes you have another controller with different animations when creating a AI or NPC.

There is no need to open your project and search for, you just need to click on the little icon right next field, and another window will filther only Animators for you, just like it show here at 2:41



About your weapons, you're probably forgetting to add a handler.. try watch and follow the steps of this video tutorial again:



About your package version, you can see the version by going to the menu "3rdPersonController > Help > Check for Updates"
and to make sure that you have a proper license, check with your contact to send you the Invoice Number of your purchase, this way we can verify if the purchase is legal.
