For example the warrior less than 30% want to play a specal angry animation to enter strong attack. And no Enter This State again. If Check health =30. The conditions are too harsh. If is less than 30% and Check if in self state. It will be ok but after wander, It will play again. So, How to Enter FSM State once?

I use simply combat state to enter it not anystate, and in anstate transition add decision no at this play angry animation state. And it is work. But the playanimation still have problem. If charater be hited of dizzy. before end these animation. The time of play angry animation run out of. How to deal with it

And To deal with the animation problem. To let the be hited reaction and play angry animation same layer will solve the problem.
