Hi all! Been working on this for a couple days, and cant seem to figure out a solution that doesn't cause a host of other issues. Id essential like to deal damage to an AI currently in an active ragdoll. I've tried reworking the vRagdoll script along with a few others, and cant quite get it working. If anyone has any idea of where to look to enable damage to an active ragdoll it would be most helpful. Thanks!

How do ypu mean: Isnt it As straight forward as in selecting Your ai root character/gameobject. With everything scripts in place like vhealth. Fsm control ai etc
Then Select from the topmenu Create ragdoll. In the sub catagories "And it sets automaticly the capsules Over your character"
And the health and damage was already set on your ai. Might check death by ragdoll Instead of anination, or animation+ragdoll Its in one of the scripts on your ai, i thought vcontrol ai where health and damage also can be set.
Hope it helps If it doenst then sonething might be wrong how you setup your ai, like it must have hitboxes. But trough the wizard It is mostly ok.

Thanks for the reply! I apologize, as I realize I didn't ask my initial question very well; the vRagdoll script, when ActivateRagdoll is called, all bones with their hit boxes are transfered to the _ragdollContainer. My current build uses projectile based weapons. This is an issue, as when all the bones are transferred to the _ragdollContainer, there is nothing left attached to the AI to receive damage from collisions. I've tried adding a collision box to the AI when ragdoll is active, which does allow damage to be done to the AI, but it doesn't fit the body well and messes with the ragdoll. I've also tried setting up a ragdoll without the _ragdollContainer, but depending on how I modify it, either the ragdoll launches off into space, or more recently I've gotten it to where the bones and colliders don't switch and I can do damage to the AI while ragdolled, but the ragdoll becomes extremely unstable, causing it to sometimes slide over the floor, or when the ragdoll is reactivated sometimes gets up somewhere else then where the body was. I'm hoping someone can help me find a solution before I have to rewrite one from the ground up while ensuring it doesn't interfere with any of the many invector scripts I am using, as this would be very time consuming. Thanks!
