I have problem with the fsm AI. My character has very long arms.also is an head longer than the prefab ai melee boxer bot. so Like 1,5 times the human size. Used the the wizard. Didnt work as intendend so i once again placed the ai melee bot allong side. And copied all the items/script components one by one. from the Melee ai melee bot without the weapons. Just the bot boxer using his arms.
All is fine with walking, following Etc. Yet when player arrives. It just only follows, If i had made a game named stalker, it works Perfectly, but i think that game already excist, and i want too Have it meleeing when player comes in enemy contact. I saw it once it put his arms up to defend, and i did seen him do once the attack anim" he was like rowing with his Long arms down" yet that doesnt happen often if i play the game. Mostly like 99% of the time if im testing [brNo melee attacks.
Anyone knows, how too get this ai melee fsm Too work on a generic character with other proportions than human? Or it already works, since i saw one using his arms together as shield and one rowing arms anim. But i dont know why the attack and defend Animations wont play as often, since i copied everything over from the ai melee bot. And that one is hyper active, throwing punches l&r, defends and moves round about the playee franticly. Yet my character, only follows and put his arms too block like once seen. You would say they wiil behave the same as the melee ai bot, since i copied the scripts components from the ai melee bot, beause the are the same settings same script components. but for some reason they dont.
