This is for anyone who encounters the problem with shooter weapons while using assets mentioned above. As some of you may know polygon assets have this weird problem where right hand thumb is in up position when you aim and idle with weapons, because of different rig than VBot. To solve this:
1. Export FBX file of a character you want to use for shooter controller.
2. Upload it on Mixamo, it will be auto-rigged, than find any animation with guns/rifles and export it to Unity with your characters FBX attached.
3. Do the usual stuff of Humanoid instead of Generic etc.
4. When you attach your new gun animation thumb will be where it should, but the index finger will sink into the other 3 fingers. To fix this just go in animation rig and delete index finger bones from the right hand. This will put index finger back to where it should be and the rest of the hand will be fine.
This isnt the perfect solution, Blender can do stuff quite better, but for people who dont use Blender, Maya etc and want fast solution to the problem, this will be useful, only thing left is for you to position your weapon where u want it in hand and your are good to go.
