My AI Characters are freezing positions. It only seems to happen to my larger characters. is their any suggestions on how I can fix this. I haven't added anything to my characters. Fixed it! I believe that I had to widen capsule collider. Made the radius 0.6. My AI is working.

Nice! I see your using unity 5.5, never knew changing the collider would make quite a difference in AI/companion.

I did more testing to see if it was the collider. IT WAS NOT. It seems that if I have a Larger Character, when I create them as a Enemy AI, they freeze up. I tested this on 5.5 and 5.4 with the same result. To fix it I reduce the X,Y,Z scale to 0.75. before I converted them to Invector characters. They didn't freeze up, after I made them into AI. I scaled X, Y, Z back to 1.0 after converting. Had no more problems after that. I also tested the same for the CompanionAI. They didn't freeze up at all, however, I did have problems, with the CompanionAI freezing while I was testing it in a game. for now I just scale all my larger characters before converting. Haven't had anymore problems. The collider didn't make any difference. Sorry for say that before I really tested it out. image host image hosting

Having the same issue with EnemyAI. Whenever i start the game, it freezes like in your photos, tried what you tried , but it still doesn't work. I know that at the start it disables Nav Mesh Agent component. If you enable it, it just runs around. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I believe you cap collider is to large, if you want large AI follow the 2.0 demo boss example.
