Because of your amazing asset, I was able to create a fun little mobile title!!! "Dantes Escape". Thank you, and I will include you in the credits for sure. If anything comes of this revenue wise, i will be sure to thank you more..... Two small things I have been unable to solve. 1. I find if my character runs away, and sometimes executes side movements, that enemies cannot stop or hit him. Eventually the character will lose the enemy as well.... the enemy will disengage. But the player has a speed of 1 and the enemy chase is 1.5. Do you possibly have recommended settings that allow an enemy to hit someone while they are running away? And keep chasing him? Or prevent this from being a defense? I included settings below. 2. Also, I notice that sometimes the weapons pass right through the target characters. Also, there is no damage. Is there a way to make the deflection similar to a wall, when you hit with a weapon? With a sound? Maybe I am missing a setting? Thank you in advance for any advice!
Thankfully, I am done with the title. I am just testing it so I can ship it soon!
You could lower the running value of the Player and change the running animation of the Enemy to another more faster you can also disable the defense and change the 1 attack animation to one more faster too, this way the player will not escape so easily.
To make sure that the hitbox will affect the player, you could increase the size of the hitbox.
