Dear Invector Community,
Without having to use an InventorySaveLoader bridge or Shade's Spell System, how could I go about tracking the player's inventory for the purpose of saving and loading it from a .es3 file via Easy Save 3? Is it something related to the vInventory component on the Inventory_ShooterMelee gameobject, or vItemManager component on the vShooterMeleeController prefab?
I'm using Unity 5.6.5, Easy Save 3, and building my character off of the aforementioned vShooterMeleeController prefab.
Also, along the lines of the player's inventory...is there a very quick or existing way to holster the currently equipped weapon? I'm using a custom resting animation I setup via the Invector Template - How to trigger a simple animation video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVqkSlQ4x2M), but the player comically still has their weapon equipped as they rest. Is there an existing keybinding I'm just missing to holster a weapon? Do I need to do something akin to this 6# Tutorial v2.0 - Weapon Holder video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSAJeU0RXOs) to get holstering of weapons working?
Thanks and apologies for all the questions. Still familiarizing myself with the Invector system and loving it so far!
Sincerely, Skullsplitter
