it doesn't lock-on on Emerald A.I i already put the tag "Enemy" on each AI and also the Lock-on Script tag "Enemy".

Is the enemy tag on the object with the collider? The collider might be part of a child object that isn't tagged

You need a tag, collider and a vHealthController to Lock-On something

Are you using the vhealthcontroller or the health on the emerals ai script? The screenshot didn't show the vhealthcontroller script

you will need to put invector health controller on it, the lock on searches for that, not the emerald AI one, not without working on the scripts
