The way in which Daz Studio exports the blendshapes and the way in which Unity imports them is very rare, they are always deformed at some values, anyway, in a tutorial of YT someone used that blendshape of "Youth" in Genesis 3 and it worked well, which ones are your export parameters?
Edit: By the way, check that in your FBX, in Unity, the option to optimize it's not checked.
