How can I disable punching ? Because when I change my weapon or I want to use hip functionality, after punching they happen.

There's a hipfire demo, "vShooterOnly_WITHInventory&HipFire", check its Shooter/Melee Input, in the character demo prefab. With this you should be able to punch while disarmed, shoot from the hip when you have a shooter weapon and attack melee with it using the key you select in the input.

For disabling punching in switching weapon was solved by disabling strong melee attack but It doesn't disable punching for archery weapon. By inserting check mark on hip fire, doesn't disable punching.

If you don't use melee weapons at all, simply uncheck the MeleeInputs in the Shooter/Melee Input component. You can also create a condition in the script to not use the melee input when you're using shooter weapons

vShooterMeleeInput, go to the MeleeInput region of the InputHandle method and add a condition
if (MeleeAttackConditions && !isAiming && !isReloading && !lockMeleeInput && shooterManager.rWeapon == null)
