Does anyone know how to make the footstep sounds work with Horse animset? I applied the V Footstep From Texture script to the horse -> created an empty object on the back foot with a sphere collider and the v footstep trigger script. Changed V Footstep From Texture to generic and applied the game object with the trigger on it to the "New Trigger". I get no sound at all default audio is set to defaultSurface.

You need to add a collider & rigidbody into your object in order to work the footstep....

You need to add a collider & rigidbody into your object in order to work the footstep.... the horse has a collider and rigidbody, do I need it on the sphere collider trigger on the foot too or something?

Add four footstep triggers with the Footstep System. This generates you four Triggers with each one V Foot Step Trigger and a Sphere collider. Add a rigidbody component to it and make them kinematic. Repeat at your other three triggers, place them right and thats it
