Bullet effects on other than “Default” layer.

Weird bug. When I set the ground layer to anything but default, bullets won’t register a hit. 

I went into the vdefaultbullet or whatever it’s name is and went through all the tags and layers. Then the bullet profile which I missed and added in ground and other layers to it. Bullets still won’t register hits, but the one ground tile set to default registers. 

Is there yet another place to look in order to register hits on a “Ground” layer?
