I thought it might be the hitbox of the weapon hitting my character but I turned the start and end damage both to zero on all 3 attacks. EDIT: Figured it out, had to do with the exit timers. I guess it was weirdly blending two animations together.

Whenever you have messed up animations like that, always check the "start" animation transition and the exit transition. I used "start" instead of "entry" as it can be from a previous state like attack A -> Attack B, where the entry transition is attack A's exit transition
