So i have been encountering this bug where it strips all of my scripts like vMeleeAttackControl from pretty much every one of my animator controllers. Further more the weapon, which is equipped in the right hand, no longer sets the correct attackID. It's set at 0, which is default.
I noticed that for some reason it seemed to give me an error that a collider was missing. The weapon did have a collider missing on the hitbox. Even after fixing that though, i still get the same message which points at the enemy prefab itself, and does not solve the AttackID problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I did have an issue with missing behaviours on the animator, but only if I change Unity version for example from 5.3.4 to 5.5.0, Unity will remove all the vMeleeAttackControl or any other behaviour from the animation states, that's why we leave a .rar simple fix on the animator's folder, and that's why you guys should always backup your project before openning into another version.
Now about the missing collider, no idea... try recreating your AI + weapon, maybe the prefab got corrupt if you change project or something...

It seems to happen every time unity re-imports everything, which sucks. If it happened every time i upgraded unity it wouldn't be much of a problem. Going to run some tests to try to reproduce the bug, or hopefully fund a solution. Otherwise i'm going to have to change how i work on animators. Thanks for the help so far, Sorry it's not much to go on

When you are happy with your animator just back them up into a zip file (like Invectors), this way you will not loose all your work on update because you can just un-zip. It does it to me as well even when I don't update unity, I still have no idea why it does this either...
