Hi everyone,
I'm actually having an issue with Invector's Item System, indeed my game has three different characters between which you will switch during adventure. To pick up items during the scene and fight or use them is not an issue as my character have their ItemManager and Inventory but when I switch between scenes, or switch between characters, problems appear.
My items don't stay in the inventory despite the fact my inventory is checked as "use instance". I can't put my characters as "use instance" because I need some scenes to be with one and only characters and not others even if you were controlling a different one previously, plus I need my character not to share the inventory. In a scene with my three characters, if one pick up an item, every three will have it in their inventory (sometimes nobody will have item at all)
Is their a way to instanciate only the inventory. I can deal with the fact that every character share the same inventory if you have a solution, but can't deal with the fact that they don't keep their items between scenes. I'm not using an other inventory than invector.
Thanks in advance o/

Hey there!
You bring a interesting issue to the table, how to make unique inventories for different players and keep their items through scenes... We're actually working on the ItemManager right now, trying to improve the methods and creating a new modular UI to make it easier to modify.
We want to improve the modularity for different players as well, by removing the Instance mandatory and making it optional, so let's see how it goes but I think that the next update will be pretty cool regarding the ItemManager features ;)

I can't wait to test it in my project! Items are the only thing missing in it. Keep it up, your job is awesomely helpful!
