Enable/disable an invector script

I have the vTriggerGenericAction script attached to a gameobject (the script is disabled in the inspector), on the same gameobject i have a custom script which is supposed to enable the vTriggerGenericAction script. How do i access vTriggerGenericAction component through my custom script??

public vTriggerGenericAction myTrigger;
*inspector - assign the trigger object that contains the script
//somewhere in your code
myTrigger.enabled = true;

You could also do that using Events, with no scripting required.
