Laser Spot not showing on one object [Solved]

Hi,

I am a newbie and this problem is driving me nuts.

I have created lots of assets for a level and when I aim at any the laser spot shows..However I have just made my first enemy which all works fine except that when I aim at him there is no red laser spot - he still gets hit and takes damage etc.

If anyone has any idea why this might be I would be really appreciate it.

It's probably layers, the red dot is set to collide with the layers Default and BodyPart, if your enemy doesn't have a Ragdoll using the layer BodyPart, it will not work.

You can either add a Ragdoll to aim correctly into each body part collider or add the Layer "Enemy" to your vLaserSight, but it will detect the whole capsule collider of the enemy.

I think you could set the layer to BodyPart too. Then it would detect the ragdoll colliders.
