The part below model's waist is in the ground. I have set the ground layer to default. And the part below waist also has collider. Please help me!

It seems that it's not your model, but your animation that is putting your character in the floor. Try to uncheck Bake Position Y, or just play a little with those values. It might work!

I have had this happen when using generic animations... try to import animation as "humanoid" it has worked for me.
