I have an odd issue that I seem to be having with Shooter and Unity 2019.4LTS
Brand new project, when I create a shooter character with the wizard everything goes fine but as soon as I hit play the character mesh moves forward and well out of the capsule collider and if you look at scene mode whilst you please you can see the mesh move forwards and backwards in and out of the capsule collider - as if on a rubber band.
I am using Character Creator and thought it might be my new character but just tried it now with the default character freshly exported and it does it with that too.
Has anyone noticed this issue in the past and know a fix or know of the latest updates to Character Creator might be doing something weird with Mecanim.
Thanks in advance.

Ah-ha, it happens with the Invector ShooterMelee demo with the vanilla Invector character too. This is brand new project and just the project settings imported.
Is there maybe a but with the animator with 2019.4LTS?

Since updating to the latest 2019.4LTS this has corrected itself. Maybe something odd with the last LTS.

I'm having this issue as well after, updated to 2.5.3. I'm getting this with Synty Characters and in the demo scene, that were not having an issue at all prior to upgrade in 2019.3.10. Upgraded my project to 2019.4.3 which should be the latest LTS and still no luck. Think I'll just revert back to my save when I was using Invector 2.5.2, but hopefully this will get figured out.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm using Unity 2020.1 and in 2019.4.12f1.

Invector support got back to me by email. They said "animations don't fit every character due to the rig differences, you could either adjust the ladder or adjust the animations using uMotion or any other 3D Editor".
